General Conditions

  • Seville Services will answer the customer’s request before 24 hours. This answer will be by mail or phone call.
  • The customer will receive a detailed proposal of the requested services to Seville Services.
  • The offered services by Seville Services depend on the availability of the providers, informing to the customer during all the time of this question.
  • The services offered by time will be paid by full hours, days or months.
  • The payment of these services will be beforehand, in cash or by credit or debit card. Another payment method will not be allowed.
  • When the material is given, Seville Services will ask the customer a damage deposit. This deposit will be notified in the proposal given to the customer by Seville Services. The deposit must be in cash or by credit or debit card.
  • Seville Services compromises to substitute, as soon as possible, the given material in the case there was a failure by itself and not for a wrong use by the customer.
  • The customer compromises to give back the material given by Seville Services in the same conditions he received it and at the time agreed by both sides.
  • Seville Services will refund the customer the deposit in the way he paid it (cash or credit / debit card) at the moment he received the material by the customer and he proves it works well.
  • In the case the material was given back with any damage, the customer will pay the price of repairing it or, in any case, the substitution of this material.
  • The material will be given and taken in the place and time accorded between Seville Services and the customer.
  • In the case there would be any change of time or dates, Seville Services and the customer compromise each other to notify to the other side, as soon as they know this change.
  • The customer recognizes and accepts that Seville Services is not responsible of the damages due to:
  • The delays and blocks in the access to internet because of the deficiencies or overloads, and any other electronic system problems;
  • Of the impossibility of providing the service or allowing the access by any cause not due to Seville Services;
  • Interferences, omisions, interruptions, computer viruses, trouleshootings and disconections of the operative function of this electronic system or in the workstations of the customer.
  • If the customer does not cancel his reservation before the day and time accorded in his proposal, and does not claim this service in the following 24 hours to that time and day, a commission of not cancellation will be applied for 60 euros, in concept of compensation to Seville Services.
  • The booking of the customer is a guaranteed booking by Seville Services as it has been agreed. In the case Seville Services does not attend the booking for any question, the customer will receive a compensation.
  • When the customer is going to take the service and pay for it, Seville Services will ask to sign a contract. This contract will rule the rights and responsabilities between the customer and Seville Services in relation with the service.
  • Seville Services will reserve the right to deny the services offered to the customers:
  • Under the minimum legal age for the service of the booking;
  • They don’t have a passport or valid and recognized document;
  • They don’t have a valid and recognized driving licence (for the service of renting a car, scooter, etc.);
  • They are an unreasonable risk; or
  • They are not allowed to pay to Seville Services according to the valid fares.
  • The given and taken time of the service provided by Seville Services, is from 8.00 to 21.00 hours. Out of this hours, an additional charge of 20% will be applied.
  • The given and taken of the services provided by Seville Services to the customers are located in the city of Seville. Out of the city, an additional charge will be applied depending on the distance to the city.
  • The given and taken in different places of the agreed in the booking, an additional charge will be applied depending on the time and place.
  • All the services include the taxes.
  • Any personal information given by the customer to Seville Services at the moment or before the booking of our services will be treated as our Privacy Policy, according to the Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal y al amparo de lo dispuesto en el artículo 12.1 de la Ley Orgánica 1/1992, de 21 de febrero, sobre Protección de la Seguridad Ciudadana.
  • The relationship between Seville Services and its customers are under the Spanish and the European Union laws.
  • For resolving any question due to the application or interpretation of this contract, both sides agree under the jurisdiction of the Court of Seville.
